is a founder and partner of Stein & Stein, Ltd. He practices exclusively in the area of family law, primarily representing high net worth individuals. He represents individuals in all aspects of divorce litigation, including valuation and disposition of substantial business interests, maintenance and child support, custody and visitation.
Prior Experience
Before forming Stein & Stein, Ltd. in 1993, David was in solo practice, concentrating in all aspects of family law. Previously, he was at a small Chicago law firm, specializing in family law.
Publications
David co-authored the chapter "Discovery" in the Illinois Family Law practice handbook published by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education. David updates this chapter on a regular basis.
